How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to ship original paintings and Limited-Edition art prints within 7 working days of your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location but please allow 14 working days from dispatch for delivery. We will send you tracking details as soon as they are available.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. If you are outside of the UK please be aware that your order may be liable for customs charges by your country, which are usually paid to the carrier (shipping company)

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be absolutely delighted with every purchase from Steph’s Studio. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Simply email us to inform us of your intention to return your item(s).

Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

How do I return my item?

Send an email to hello@stephhayes.studio within 14 days of receiving your item.

Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend insuring the package for your protection.

Returns must be in the same condition as when received.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund within 2 working days.

You will be refunded the cost of the goods, excluding any postage fees paid at the time of your order.
